Thanks Louis! I uploaded to trusty with one minor changelog change. You don't need to mention not building arm64 because that was a change made previously that is no longer part of our delta. But besides that, great!

    - Build makedumpfile on armel, armhf, ppc64el, and x32.

    Starting from 2.6.24 kernel provides vmcoreinfo right in vmcore,
    so makedumpfile can produce filtered dumps without vmlinux or slecial vmcoreinfo.
