Bug Description

yelp-xsl has provided the mal2html.page.linktrails.prefix extension point since 3.4 so that customizations like ubuntu.xsl can stop overriding mal2html.page.linktrails.

Would this also apply to the serverguide which uses (in its ubuntu.xsl):

<xsl:template name="db2html.links.linktrail">

or just to the Desktop mallard one?

Unfortunately, I never made an extension point for DocBook. I should probably just create a common one in the html exporter.
