file-roller should not require sudo/root to extract an iso

Bug Description

1) lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu Trusty Tahr (development branch)
Release: 14.04

2) apt-cache policy file-roller
file-roller:
  Installed: 3.10.2.1-0ubuntu2
  Candidate: 3.10.2.1-0ubuntu2
  Version table:
 *** 3.10.2.1-0ubuntu2 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3) What is expected to happen at a terminal:
cd ~/Desktop && wget http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/releases/precise/release/xubuntu-12.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso && file-roller -h xubuntu-12.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso

or attempts to extract via secondary clicking the file -> Extract Here it would do so.

4) What happens instead is one receives in a terminal:
GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NotSupported: Application does not handle command line arguments

WORKAROUND: sudo file-roller -h xubuntu-12.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso

    - backport fix to allow several instances, it should fix issues where
      opening or extracting several archives doesn't work (lp: #1262062)
  * debian/patches/git_user_extract_iso.patch:
    - let users extract isos without hitting permission errors
      (lp: #1264337)
