Bug Description
In a typical Debian build system plainbox, if invoked, will emit a warning such as the one below:
Unable to create log directory: /sbuildnonexist
Reason: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/sbuildnonexis
Since we do need to run plainbox at build time it'd be better if that particular warning could be selectively disabled.

This is currently patched away in Debian so we should come up with a better solution.
