package error upgrading to saucy kde 4.12 from kde-backports

Bug Description
I am getting this:
/var/cache/
trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/
when I try to upgrade from muon.
From the command prompt, I am able to fix (I believe) as
$ sudo apt-get upgrade
