Bug Description

I implemented a modul to support pythontex (see attachement). It would be great if you would merge it into the main repository.

Merged; can you please test it is working properly, and provide me with a minimal document that contains some usage of pythontex to test?

The module doesn't seem to update the pytx files properly when the code is modified. (Requires a manual second compilation.)

The module has a few rough edges, but it will be in 1.3.

Revised pythontex support: Pythontex support now integrated into new dependencies. This should ensure that pythontex gets run if code changes.

This will ship with Rubber 1.4. Please test!
