Bug Description

Reproduced on Crunchbang Waldorf (a Debian stable based distro) and Windows XP with Inkscape trunk revision 12825.
Not reproduced with 0.48.3.1 (the clone doesn't convert to guide, but there's no crash).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Inkscape with the default preferences.
2. Draw a rectangle.
3. Clone the rectangle (Alt+D).
4. Select everything and launch Object>Objects to Guide (Shift++G).
-> Inkscape crashes.

Workaround :
Convert the shape and the clone separately.

On OS X 10.7.5,
- not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.4
- reproduced with all archived builds of trunk (oldest: r10795, latest: r12825)

I only get the crash (Win 7) when grouping the two rectangles first, otherwise it runs fine.
