Bug Description

the installation pages are incomplete and should be removed from the kubuntu-docs package (as they have from docs.kubuntu.org)

TEST CASE:
with the old package look at the Kubuntu Documentation in khelpcenter it'll include an index entry for Installation

with the new package look again and it won't include an index entry for Installation

Accepted into saucy-proposed. The package will build now and be available in a few hours in the -proposed repository.
