Bug Description

light-locker is a simple locker (forked from gnome-screensaver) that aims to have simple, sane, secure defaults and be well integrated with the desktop while not carrying any desktop-specific dependencies.
It relies on lightdm for locking and unlocking your session via ConsoleKit/UPower or logind/systemd.

Notes: An ITP has been filed by a third party in Debian http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=721163 but it's stuck in process. Canonical is aiming to get this package into Universe for evaluation early in the 14.04 LTS development cycle.

This package is currently available from the https://launchpad.net/~light-locker/+archive/release PPA.
