Bug Description

The Cordova Ubuntu HTML5 Touch UI app produced by the SDK does not use Ubuntu HTML5 (for example pagestack or any other elements with data-role attributes).

It should provide by default the Ubuntu HTML5 app framework and experience.

The default app is provided by qtcreator-ubuntu-plugins-common (I have version 2.7.2-0ubuntu5).
