But not happen in my phone... Could u provide some info? like system version etc..

Your screenshot shows (the temporary solution for) editing a single feed; the one I am talking about is the attached screen.

This screen should have:
- Title 'Edit topics'
- A Cancel / Done bar at the bottom (instead of a toolbar with 'Back' and 'Add feed'; see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-rssreader-app/+bug/1224881)

Oh, my mistake .......... u r talking about "edit topic", not "edit feed"
