qt ui files are not extracted into pot

Bug Description

build_i18n or intltool do not take Qt ui files into account so when strings between gtk and kde ui start to diverge they end up being untranslated in the kde ui because they are not present in the pot.

For example data/designer/main.ui

       <string>Statistics</string>

is not reflected in the pot.
