Bug Description

hybris packages should fail to install if an Android filesystem is not detected. This will avoid strange problems people encounter when they accidentally install hybris on their desktops (like bug 1210798).

Don't need to fail, can just have a lower alternatives priority (as long we set it up correctly for touch).

Why do we need hybris installable on desktop at all? If you use it, it will crash by design.

  * Turn on wayland support to provide libwayland-egl, which mesa in Ubuntu
relies on. This makes libhybris a viable provider of the
    <deb-multi-arch>_egl_conf alternate. (LP: #1206371)

  * debian/rules: changing default alternatives priority to be lower than
the one provided by mesa (EGL/GLES), avoid breaking normal desktop

I think that's a fix for bug 1291761 more than this one.

We don't need to block the android package to be installed if we don't have any GL/GLES conflict anymore (the priority is lower than the mesa one by default).

The only side effect is having the hw abstraction layers around, and for that it's also fine if we can detect if android is available during runtime.
