Rename "Options" to "View"

Bug Description

All of the actions under the "Options" toolbar button are related to how the files are displayed, and the "Options" action clashes with the "Settings" tab (what's the difference between Settings and Options?).

As such, I'd suggest renaming the item to better reflect its function to "View". "Display" or "Filter" might be other alternatives to consider.

The Options popover is supposed to show options related to the current folder being viewed, while the settings page is supposed to contain global settings. It does make sense to rename Options to View.
