[Weather app] "add city" isn't shown fully

Bug Description
Desired solution:
The last item on the list item should always be in full view, or 'bounce' back when user scrolls to the bottom.
(Is this SDK too?)

Tap "edit" in the toolbar, then you get a list of cities you have added. If you want to add a new one, the "Add city" listitem is only half visible at the bottom of the scrollable list
