Bug Description

Binary package hint: vino

I'm not sure if keyring package is broken or all programs must be modified to work with the new keyring version (since I'm getting other problems like nm-applet crashing because of keyring). I'm reporting this bug in case all programs must be modified:

snifer@snifer-laptop:~$ vino-preferences

** ERROR **: file vino-preferences.c: line 108 (vino_preferences_dialog_get_password_from_keyring): assertion failed: (matches != NULL && matches->data != NULL)

There's no dbgsym package for vino in gutsy (latest package is vino-dbgsym_2.18.1-0ubuntu1_i386.ddeb).
I made an strace.

Still getting the exact same problem from the tribe 3 AMD64 LiveCD.
Maybe it's not yet in there?

No, it doesn't. It was released *after* tribe 3, my mistake.
