*-qt4 tools should be present in $QTDIR/bin

Bug Description

Yes, they are in /usr/bin.

The problem is, some configure scripts (Avidemux, for instance) assume that these binaries are located in the Qt directory (/usr/share/qt4/bin) AND have -qt4 in their names, whereas this is not the case: there exist /usr/bin/moc-qt4 (for instance) and /usr/share/qt4/bin/moc, which is a symlink to it, but not /usr/share/qt4/bin/moc-qt4.

Since symlinks are cheap, I think the package maintainer can simply add these symlinks, which would duplicate the number of symlinks in /usr/share/qt4/bin but won't have any system overhead.

I don't want to apply this patch. the -qt4 binary names are, as far as I know, only existant in Debian and Kubuntu and we don't install them to $QTDIR. I've no idea where Avidemux expects this to happen but I don't think we should be encouraging broken build systems.
