Bug Description
Essential callbacks like view_cb(), apply_cb(), commit_cb(), preordered_cb() - the ones that process replication events, can effectively have two return codes from the provider point of view: SUCCESS and FAILURE. Using wsrep calls return codes for them is confusing and inconsistent.
