Bug Description

In large ITIL environments it is desirable to be able to identify a giving altered table based on a change request. For example, if I am altering tab_user, there should be an option to set the temporary table name to tab_user_crq_12345 instead of just tab_user_new.

I added --new-table-name. In your cause, you would --new-table-name %T_crq_12345.
