Bug Description

I wanted to uninstall gnome-screensaver and have xscreensaver work but, when I attempt to remove gnome-screensaver, it wants to take gnome-session-flashback. That is not what I want to do.

The problem is that gnome-screensaver is listed in the RequiredComponents for GNOME Flashback.

We should first check whether that's actually necessary for Flashback to work with gnome-screensaver.

It it is, I think it's possible to use Debian's alternative system to have a generic screensaver package that could be listed in RequiredComponents and then have gnome-session-flashback depend on any one of the packages that provide the generic screensaver functionality.

Found a workaround to leave gnome-screensaver installed while running xscreensaver:
Create a script to run at startup with these commands. Anything less than 60 seconds is less likely to work.

#! /bin/bash
sleep 60
killall gnome-screensaver

This currently affects Trusty 14.04 as well as Saucy 13.10. But, the workaround above works well.

I added the trusty tag in hopes that the fix will carry over to Trusty LTS, hope that's OK.
