filechooser dialog: double-clicking surprise

Bug Description

Depending on the font size and dialog size, the last visible entry in the list
of files presented to the user may be only partly visible. Clicking on such item
will scroll the list up, revealing the next item in the list of files. If that click
initiates a double-click, the second click will miss the intended target and hit
a wrong one!

This is a design decision in the gtk file chooser dialog, reassigning to gtk to
further the discussion.

Created an attachment (id=1115)
Firefox file dialog

Note in the attachment, the entry for "sbin" is only partially visible.
Double-clicking on "sbin" will open "share", because the first click will
scroll "sbin" up, revealing "share". Only a small minus in usability, but
we want our beloved Firefox to be flawless :)
