Implement gettext localization

I've already implemented it on my local copy, it works _great_. Here's a sample in Italian:

Please upload, the next thing will be to use Rosetta (Launchpad translation component) so people can easily translate it.

Uploaded to bzr repository.

I hope this new "feature" will help our users ;-)

I've changed the version number to 0.8.2, as it seems to me a major improvement: please, feel free to "downgrade" it to 0.8.1-0ubuntu3 if you believe it's better so.

P.S.: I'll study how Rosetta works, probably we just need to upload the .pot file, i.e. rosetta is a "web interface" for .po editing. Maybe rosetta outputs normal .po files, which we can work with. ;-)
