some debian/copyright nitpicks (NEW pre review)

I did a review of r790 (current trunk) from an Ubuntu archive NEW perspective, the package is mostly good, some debian/copyright nitpicks though:

* Files: include/client/* include/shared/* src/client/* src/shared/* 3rd_party/android-deps/std/*
 License: LGPL-3
 ...
 $ licensecheck 3rd_party/android-deps/std/MirLog.h
 3rd_party/android-deps/std/MirLog.h: GPL (v3)
 ...

-> that GPL (v3) file should be listed under the GPL (v3) section of the copyright

* Files: 3rd_party/android-input/android/system/core/include/machine/cpu-features.h 3rd_party/android-deps/android/api-level.h 3rd_party/android-deps/sys/limits.h
 License: BSD (3 clause)
 ...
 3rd_party/android-input/android/system/core/include/machine/cpu-features.h: BSD (2 clause)
 3rd_party/android-deps/android/api-level.h: BSD (2 clause)
 3rd_party/android-deps/sys/limits.h: BSD (2 clause)

-> 2 vs 3 mismatch, just change the number in debian/copyright

* ./tools/vera++/LICENSE_1_0.txt: BSL (v1) GENERATED FILE

-> not sure, is the license there for the .tcl in the subdir? or is it a leftover? (not that one of the tcl files is GPL3 copyright Canonical)
