Bug Description
With xbstream (the binary) being used as a drop-in replacement for tar, the SST script relies on this compatibility. Currently xbstream fails with error 17 (file exists). It would help wsrep_sst_

I'd support this one, this would provide much better defense in depth for PXC-based clusters
