Bug Description

[Impact]

When attempting to register a new account, the captcha image fails to load, due to an SSL error.

[Test Case]

On a cleanly installed Ubuntu 13.10 system, without having already logged in to an Ubuntu One account, open the Ubuntu One app from the launcher and choose "Register a new account." The captcha image should appear on the screen. This can also be done on any Ubuntu 13.10 system, under the "Guest" account.

[Regression Potential]

There is minimal potential for regression with the proposed fix. A new unit test is also included to verify that more than the few included certificates in ubuntu-sso-client, are loaded into the Qt SSL configuration.
