innobackupex terminates if --galera-info specified when backing up non-galera server

Bug Description
Similar to bug 1168513, write_galera_info does not test the values $con->{
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /data/bin/
Which leaves the xtrabackup binary running but terminates innobackupex.
I know, it is a silly bug, you should only use --galera-info against a real PXC server but I stumbled into it when testing something else.
