Bug Description

Similar to bug 1168513, write_galera_info does not test the values $con->{status}->{wsrep_local_state_uuid}->{Value} and $con->{status}->{wsrep_last_committed}->{Value} before using them, resulting in the perl error:
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /data/bin/xb-2.1-lp1190335/innobackupex line 1543.
Which leaves the xtrabackup binary running but terminates innobackupex.

I know, it is a silly bug, you should only use --galera-info against a real PXC server but I stumbled into it when testing something else.
