Bug Description

Pinta-1.5-preview-20130615 on Windows XP

1. Restart Pinta.
2. Paintbrush tool should be selected by default. Move mouse to canvas.
3. (Observe) Paintbrush icon is OK. Draw something on canvas. Icon still OK.
4. Freeform Shape from Tools and draw something on canvas.
5. Paintbrush tool from Tools. Move mouse to canvas. Problem appears. Look at mouse icon instead of Paintbrush icon it gets default pointing mouse icon. Expected: Paintbrush icon should be visible on canvas.

Also tested on yesterday master and problem does not appear. So regression in one of today's commits.
