Docs: log_warnings_suppress='1592' is not clearly documented

Bug Description

It seems that setting log_warnings_suppress='1592' global server variable prevents warnings to the error log, but does not prevent them for client that executed "unsafe" statement with STATEMENT binary logging. This was confirmed as intended behavior.

I think this documentation page, http://www.percona.com/doc/percona-server/5.5/flexibility/log_warnings_suppress.html, should explain this explicitly then.

It already says at the beginning:

"This feature is intended to provide a general mechanism (using log_warnings_silence) to disable certain warning messages to the log file."

but it should also explicitly say that it does not influence warnings client gets as a result of "unsafe" statement execution.
