Bug Description
PulseAudio has a module called media ducking that lowers the volume of "low priority" streams when a "high priority" stream comes through. For example, it would lower the music when the phone is ringing.
We can take advantage of this by hinting the media type of Noise to Pulseaudio in the .desktop file with:
