Confirmed. Yahoo changed their XML feed to match their RSS feed, it now only gives a two-day forecast instead of the four-day forecast it did previously.

This is fixed in 13.05.17.

You can either download the tarball and install that, or wait an hour or so for the new build to show up here: https://launchpad.net/~weather-indicator-team/+archive/ppa (Launchpad says it will be built in one hour's time)
