Invalid Syntax in byobu-config

Bug Description

Running 'byobu-config' using either F9 or the 'byobu-config' leads to the following syntax error:

root@release [~]# byobu.orig/bin/byobu-config
  File "byobu.orig/bin/byobu-config", line 86
    os.makedirs(BYOBU_CONFIG_DIR, 0o755)
                                      ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

Its got an unneeded "o" in the file permissions.

root@release [~]# byobu.orig/bin/byobu -v
byobu version 5.40
Screen version 4.00.03 (FAU) 23-Oct-06
