Bug Description
This is a follow-up to a conversation with JP on the client sprint about improvements to the current i18n workflow.
As requested, I've put together an overview of the workflow at:

Feel free to add any comments to the doc. Here's the summary of recommendations for improvements:
- Reduce the number of Translations menus to 2:
- Update translations template
- Build translations
- If possible, move the translations menu entries to the build menu.
- If this could be made more transparent to the developer, i.e. add it as part of the build process instead of them being explicit menu entries, that'd be great.
