Master scopes shouldn't be displayed in App Lens results

Bug Description
In the App Lens, master scopes should not be displayed in any way. Only the sub-scopes should be displayed both in the default view and in response to a user’s search.

In the attached branch, I am removing installed master scopes from the results. This breaks the deduplication code though, so they end up showing in the "available" category instead.
