Bug Description

Discovered on build 2013-04-19 BZR 4011.

When generating drill maps on a board with both plated and npt holes, I can see in the status window that both files are generated with the same name (*-drl.pho). The second generated drill map (in my case the NPTH map) overwrites the first generated drill map file.

Looking back at previous gerber outputs generated on build 2012-01-19 BZR 3256 I can find both the *-drl.pho and *-NPTH-drl.pho files. This bug crept in somewhere between BZR 3256 and BZR 4011.

Edit: Removed extraneous (and possibly confusing) word "only" from 4th sentence.

I do not have this issue:
Both *-drl.pho and *-NPTH-drl.pho files are created.
Please, be sure you have NPT holes.
The Dialog shows the number of PTH and NPTH.
Are 2 drill files created ?

As you can see from the drill report below the cutline (file USB Breakout v2.0-drl.rpt) I do have 2 NPTH holes. As you can see in the attached image both .pho files generated have the same file name, so the second one generated overwrites the first one.

Please let me know if you need any other files to help track this down.

I just noticed something. I have a period as part of my board filename (for a total of two periods including the period separator for the extension). When generating gerbers and the excellon drill files the filename is complete. But, with the .pho gerber drill maps, it truncates the filename down to the first period. This can be seen in the attached screen capture of my gerber folder window.

Might this point to where the bug lies?

Wonderful. Thank you for fixing this. Now I just wait for a compiled build to percolate out to the general users. (I don't have the means or knowledge to compile from source myself...)
