Thunderbird Catalan locale can't be installed

Bug Description

When triying to install Mozilla Thunderbird Catalan locale this error message
appears:

mozilla-thunderbird-locale-ca:
Depén: mozilla-thunderbird but 0.8-2ubuntu2 is to be installed

   * New upstream version for Thunderbird 1.0.
   * debian/control:
     - Added alternative dependency to language-support-ca.
     - Replaced versioned dependency with versioned conflict.
   * debian/postinst, debian/postrm: Only execute
     update-mozilla-thunderbird-chrome when it is actually available.
