lubuntu panel, applet indicator issue, volume settings

Bug Description

in applet indicator i was going to right click on vokume setting applet, then click on volume properties, it adds another (gnome) volume applet instead of opening settings window. Also in panel edit window in applet indicator edit window in properties of volume applet there are some tick boxes which doesnt work, they are not adding anything to applet indicator.

Indicators authors made incompatible changes with lxpanel, which make available only indicator-applications-gtk2 and indicator-sound-gtk2 packages. I'll modify lxpanel preference to reflect this change.
