Bug Description
For Evergreen 2.4+
Fix bug in hold targeter introduced with Calculated Proximity Adjustments
Along with the Calculated Proximity Adjustments feature came a bug in the
hold targeter where the targeter doesn't discount those copies from the
potentials list that aren't in either the Available or Reshelving status. So you
can get checked-out copies and other inappropriate copies being targeted.
This commit should restore the earlier, correct behavior.
