Bug Description

Commit b6fc28a158076ca2764edc9a6d1e1402f56e1c0c (brcmsmac: support 4313iPA) causes problems for many BCM4313 devices. There have been various reports problems associating with APs which are fixed by reverting this commit, and I observed about a 30% increase in performance after reverting it. This should be reverted in raring until a fix is found.
