Bug Description

Tracks won't start because of a broken gem...

the service gets to an 'install-error' state

the following snippet is from /var/lib/juju/units/tracks-0/charm.log on the instance:

I suggest locking to a previous (known-working) version of that gem in the gemfile if possible.

The gem that's broken is actually shipped with tracks 2.1, so the fix is not quite that simple, however, a newer version of tracks may be just as easy of a solution. Working on it now.

The new version breaks more stuff (see the code review linked). I never figured out the issues and I'm unlikely to have time to work on it in the next month as I've started a new job.
