Bug Description
Recently we reduced the size of our DeeModel from 8,000 rows to 2,000 rows. When this happened, I discovered a bug in which old messages would fall off the back end of the model, but then Friends would occasionally find itself redownloading the (quite old) message, and then finding that it wasn't in the model, it would republish and renotify about it. So I would frequently see MONTHS-old messages being notified anew and showing up "fresh" in my DeeModel every few days.
