Please backport ipmitool 1.8.12-0ubuntu2 (universe) from raring to quantal and precise.

Reason for the backport:

Ipmitool 1.8.11 is over 3 years old. 1.8.12 has numerous bug fixes and includes the new DELL OEM commands for the 12G PowerEdge Servers.
