Bug Description

Install account-plugin-irc
Start empathy with no accounts available.
Ubuntu SSO dialog appears
Select IRC -> New Account
No entry boxes appear. Only 'Cancel' and 'Done'.

Can you add details for any other protocols except Facebook and Google? I am seeing the same bug with all protocols except those two, and I'm seeing this on all my fresh installs of raring, so it seems to me like something more serious then a low priority bug.

Still, the reason for the delay in creating the UI is unclear. I never managed to reproduce it myself.
Could someone affected by this bug please run

  dbus-monitor > dbus.log

while reproducing the problem, and attach it to this bug report?

I ran "dbus-monitor > dbus.log"
Opened gnome-control-center -> online accounts -> click add -> select SIP -> empty screen appeared, 50 seconds later the username & password form appeared.

Log attached after compressing.

tagging "apparmor" and subscribing the security team because of comment #4, it suggests that the telepathy profile blocks libproxy's to be loaded?

I should mention, I was able to successfully add an IRC account and connect to freenode and enter a channel with this change. Without it, I was unable to enter a channel.
