spaces in filenames are replaced with %20 in tabs title

Could you please provide a screencast demonstrating this problem via https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Screencast ?
I attempted to recreate this with Writer and could not do so. What program did you use to create your file?
I used:
LibreOffice 3.5.7.2 Build ID: 350m1(Build:2),
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS with a HP AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 840T Processor × 4, using 32 bit.

I'm using the Scratch program, not Libreoffice Writer. And I'm also on
ElementaryOS, not Ubuntu.
