Second weather location displays wrong time by -2Hrs

Can you check this with version 0.6.5?

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you with the information you
requested. The version I had been running was:

My-weather-indicator 0.6.4-0extra 12.10.0
My Ubuntu internet access isn't working and I have been trying to figure
out what the problem is. Once I get the internet working I will load 0.6.5
and see if the problem is corrected. Thanks for getting back to me.

I was able to load the latest version 0.6.5 and the time issue is fixed but
it crashes when I try to change the various measurements like C to F. Not
sure what is causing this.
