Bug Description

The newly added anon_url field for nodes is actually a path, not a full URL. This causes the machine provider in Juju to fall on its arse.

The 'anon_url' field is structured exactly as the 'resource_uri' field (i.e. no hostname). I think we should keep it that way and the provider should handle this. Maybe we could simply rename it to 'anon_resource_uri' to avoid confusion.

btw, this is all about code in lp:~rvb/maas/bug-1123986-key-api that is not even landed yet. I'm going to rename the field.
