Bug Description

CORS (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/HTTP/Access_control_CORS) allows to perform cross-host AJAX requests. We need it to get rid of hackish proxy in android-frontend to access lava-job-info files, and to use real user permissions (per current browser session) to access build metadata.
