Bug Description
Now that spice is a dependency of kvm there is no more /usr/bin/kvm-spice file. So when starting a VM with virt-manager there is an error saying there is no kvm-spice. Adding a symlink to /usr/bin/kvm fixes the problem

I would prefer to not always have that symbolic link (in a main package, to support transition from a universe package).
I'm wondering whether we can handle this in libvirt instead. By automatically updating the xml (which could go away after next LTS + 1), or (less preferable) by special-casing kvm-spice when processing a domain.
In either case the kvm-spice patch in libvirt can also go away.
