Bug Description

The server-ship/virtual-host seeds depend on qemu-kvm (previously kvm in released versions of Ubuntu). The number of dependencies for this package is raring has increased significantly:

quantal: apt-get install kvm -> Need to get 11.3 MB of archives.
raring: apt-get install qemu-kvm -> Need to get 50.4 MB of archives.

These additional 40MB of dependencies are causing the Server ISO to go oversized.

libraries new to build-deps in qemu since quantal:
        libx11-dev
        texi2html
        libcap-ng-dev
        libpixman-1-dev

After discussing with infinity on irc, it seems this was brought in by the lm32 target. With the next upload that will be moved into qemu-system-misc, separate from qemu-system-x86, which should resolve this.
