Bug Description
After adding a "use warnings FATAL => 'all'" to innobackupex I get a number of failures in innobackupex resulting from warnings that may look like a bug. One of them is bug #939451, which results in a fatal error now, but there are others.
We should make warnings fatal and fix all the issues with it.
