Bug Description

zconf.h from zlib1g-dev is not identical when cross and natively built and is probably not identical across architectures, due to the way that Z_U4 is defined in the file. Details are given in DebianBug:698648

The simplest fix is to move this file to a multiarch location, which the attached patch does.

The attachment "zlib_1.2.7.dfsg-13ubuntu1-multiarch-zconf.patch" of this bug report has been identified as being a patch in the form of a debdiff. The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug report so that they can review and hopefully sponsor the debdiff. In the event that this is in fact not a patch you can resolve this situation by removing the tag 'patch' from the bug report and editing the attachment so that it is not flagged as a patch. Additionally, if you are member of the ubuntu-sponsors team please also unsubscribe the team from this bug report.

This bug was fixed in the package zlib - 1:1.2.7.dfsg-13ubuntu2

---------------
zlib (1:1.2.7.dfsg-13ubuntu2) raring; urgency=low

  * Move zconf.h to multiarch location as it's not (quite) arch-independent
